Modern Photo Grid Notebook: Creative Layout Ideas

Quick answer

Use the Modern Photo Grid from Papier to display multiple photos in a clean, organized layout. Mix photo sizes, leave intentional gaps, and add handwritten notes for a personal touch.

Frequently asked questions

How do I start arranging photos in the grid?

Begin by selecting your favorite images and trimming them to fit the grid squares. Place the largest or most important photo in the center or top-left corner, then fill the surrounding squares with smaller images.

Can I mix photo sizes in the same grid?

Yes. The grid is designed for multiple images, so you can use one photo per square or let a single image span two or four squares for a focal point. Just trim carefully to maintain clean edges. Using a larger image as a centerpiece adds visual interest without breaking the grid's structure.

What should I write alongside the photos?

Add short captions, dates, or small doodles in the margins or directly on the grid lines. This turns the photo grid into a personal journal entry without covering the images. Leave a few squares empty for notes or decorative elements to keep the layout airy.
