I’ve been using it to map out a proper digital detox before my holiday, and having a dedicated space to jot down those escape plans makes the break feel real already. The guided sections take all the guesswork out of switching off, which is exactly what I needed.
The prompts for setting intentions are actually useful, not just decorative—I filled out my whole week in ten minutes. This is the first stationery that’s made me feel like I’m allowed to switch off.
The design keeps everything for my trip in one spot, so I actually unplugged instead of doom-scrolling travel blogs. The layout nudges you to write down plans and intentions, which made the whole break feel more intentional from day one.
