The cover texture catches the light beautifully, and the binding lies flat the moment you open it — exactly what I wanted for daily journaling. It's a simple pleasure that makes writing feel more deliberate.

The paper quality in this Papier line genuinely surprised me—it’s smooth without being slippery, and the cover feels substantial enough to carry around daily. I’ve already used it for a week of notes and it still lies completely flat when open.

The tactile feel of the cover is what sold me—it’s got that refined, matte finish that makes even jotting a grocery list feel like a small ritual. Pages lie flat too, which I didn’t expect from a paper product in this range.
